Letter to Participants of the 2009 CLE
First
and foremost on behalf of the Yakima County Volunteer Attorney Services I’d
like to thank everyone who attended for joining us at our 2009 CLE.
My sincerest apologies
go out to everyone who joined us. I am sorry, and embarrassed for the upsetting conditions of
the facility.
This was not the best CLE experience for VAS. The temperature
in the building was unacceptable, and a major inconvenience for all who
attended, and was without a doubt disruptive, and unbearably discomforting.
Words
cannot express how truly sorry I am for the anxiety, frustration, and
inconvenience for the situation at hand.
You are all
very important to VAS and we will be taking immediate action to regain your
confidence in us. A more trusted location will be chosen for future CLE
meetings to provide spacious and more antiquate facility temperatures. Nothing is more important than making your experience at our yearly CLE
a good one. All of us at VAS look forward to seeing you for the 2010 CLE again
to provide you with a warmer, more spacious, positive experience you expect
from us.
Please,
accept my most sincere apology for the unacceptable conditions of the Hilton
Garden Inn facility. I am really sorry for this incredibly embarrassing
situation. It was
displeasing, and I can’t began to say how truly sorry I am.
On a good note, our speakers did a wonderful job, and
I would like to acknowledge their optimism throughout the whole situation. They
stayed positive and delivered a wonderful presentation for all who joined us
that day.
Sincerely,
Claudia Garza
Executive Director
